Interesting interview, though nothing entirely new for me. I've been wary of the medikill industry for many decades and have been a vegetarian for just as long. I found the food comments amusing. It makes me wonder what bananas target ;)

I think this could be eye opening stuff for many though, and he sounds like he knows his stuff. Wow - living on watermelon for 90 days, he must be a healthy guy. Diet issues are the hardest to get to the truth, and "whole" foods is an easy concept to agree with. But "whole foods" can be local & organic as well as being meat and dairy. So is it whole food meat and dairy or is is whole food vegetarian? Personally, I believe that the way to health is the vegan path *if* the food is organic and fresh, but I suppose he has hit on the important part, which is whole, organic, fresh and local food.

I'm not sure about his educational arguments though. While I'm no fan of the current school system, I'm always a bit skeptical of processes and systems that are about big money - and The Imagination Academy is certainly about big money, all going back to Don Tolman. But I'm not saying he's wrong. Society has certainly got it wrong at the moment, but we have had many wise people try and change the system without much success. Krishnamurti, A.S. Neill to name a few. Good luck Don.
